A 12-week, 1:1 partnership for parents ready to start making sense of what they've been seeing for years.
Four specialists. Multiple evaluations. Testing that kept getting more invasive, and no real answers.
That was my experience with my son.
No one handed me a framework for what to do with everything we were seeing.
I built one, because I needed it.
You probably have a search history that rivals mine at 2am back then.
More information was never the problem. Knowing what deserves your attention first is.
Most parents carry plenty of information...in pieces.
Behavior.
Sleep.
School.
Stress.
Physical symptoms.
Parents see all of it.
No one has helped them understand how those pieces fit together.
Even when priorities become clearer, implementation still has to happen in real life...
On Tuesday at 4pm.
In the car.
At bedtime.
During a hard week.
That's why The Parent Partnership Program focuses on Four Things:
Recognize the pattern
Determine what deserves attention first
Turn understanding into action
Maintain progress when life gets messy
I work with parents who've already been trying to help their child for a while, maybe months or years.
My job is to help you recognize patterns, decide what deserves attention first, and use your influence with greater confidence and intention.
Before we do anything else, we map the pattern.
Together we'll organize years of observations into a pattern you can finally see.
The goal is clarity.
Because when everything feels important, it's hard to know where to start.

Remove the obstacles getting in the way of healing.
Sleep.
Constipation.
Blood sugar instability.
Daily rhythms.
And other individualized factors identified during your Pattern Mapping Intensive.
Outcome: I understand what deserves attention first.

Once foundational obstacles have been removed, we focus on helping the body regain balance.
This may include addressing nutrient or physiological deficiencies.
We're no longer trying to see through the noise.
We're responding to what the body needs.
Outcome: I know what my child's body needs and why.

Change happens in relationship.
Kids don't implement plans.
Families do.
This is where we build the connection and consistency that makes it hold.
Outcome: I feel capable and effective helping my child.
To adjust, troubleshoot, and keep you moving
Built around your child, your family, and your capacity
To help you recognize patterns on your own
Most approaches ask: What's the diagnosis? or What's the symptom?
The Parent Partnership Program asks:
What pattern are we looking at? and What deserves attention first?
Because symptoms offer clues.
Patterns reveal priorities.
After nearly twenty years working with children and families, I believe parents have more influence over their child's long-term mental health and well-being than they've been led to believe.
Parents provide opportunity.
Relationships drive change.

This is for you if you've already tried several things to help your child.
You've noticed patterns other people are overlooking.
You believe your child's symptoms are connected,
even if no one's confirmed that for you yet.
You recognize that this work requires time, so you're not looking for quick fixes.
You're ready to stop guessing and start making sense of what you've been noticing.
I feel responsible, but powerless.
Everything feels important.
I'm constantly second-guessing myself.
I understand what matters most.
I know where to focus first.
I trust what I've been noticing all along.
I feel capable helping my child.
